I recently purchased a used 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe from Andree in sales. He bent over backwards to make sure I was completely happy with the purchase. When I found a couple things that needed to be addressed in the appearance of the vehicle, Andree worked with his manager, Tuan Bui to set up an appointment to get these fixed for me so I could feel 100% about the purchase. Jack in Finance was wonderful to work with. I needed to wait for my insurance to fund my account and they were great in working with me. Thanks all! Linda

Dick Hannah Subaru was one of the worst car buying experiences I've ever had. To start, Andree, the salesman, began talking to me before I even left my vehicle, making me feel pressured to describe what I want immediately without giving me time to collect myself. Secondly, when I described what my price range was, Andree not only ignored it, but actively showed me an option outside of my budget. Furthermore, I told him that this was the first place we were looking and that we would have to wait to buy the moment I walked in. Andree showed us the car, and told me he'd be willing to work with me to come down to a price range that matched what I could afford. After the test drive, Andree drafted up a quote. A quote that included gap insurance and an extended warranty, both of which I did not need. After drafting the quote, he told me to sign the paper so that he could finish the sale, and when I refused because I was not ready to buy, and because the car price was not the out the door price, he talked down to me in a very condescending tone. He also played all the stereotypical sales tricks including trying to "talk to his manager" about the sale. Although I wasn't thrilled about the first impression, I did plan to be back and I gave Andree my phone number. This was a mistake. Andree began texting me that day trying to pressure me to come in to buy. He kept focusing on the monthly rate despite the fact that I already have been approved through a different bank at a much better rate. Furthermore, despite the fact that I said that I needed a guarantee on the out the door price, Andree kept dodging the question and kept bringing it back to the monthly rate, completely ignoring my messages about out the door price and not focusing at all on my needs as a customer. It was clear to me that Andree only wanted to make a sale to make as much commission as possible, he did not want to help me find the best car for me. I was suppose to come back on Saturday for a follow up discussion to see if we could come to an agreement on the price, but after several more messages from/to Andree, I have decided I will not attend this appointment, and I will not be buying from him. This is due to his condescending nature, the fact that despite me submitting my address for financing information, him assuming that I lived in a completely different state, the fact that he beat around the bush in regards to car price, and the fact that he tried to use the "the car is used and could go quickly" tactic on me, along with several other scummy business and sales tactics. Save your time and your money, do not deal with Dick Hannah Subaru, and especially don't deal with Andree. I want to be perfectly clear here, Andree lost the sale. I'm not buying the car purely because of him. I have only bad things to say about the dealership because of him. He reflected extremely poorly on not only Dick Hannah Subaru, but the entire family of Dick Hannah car dealerships. Save your sanity, and go somewhere else.

I made an appointment to test drive a car (I had to drive over an hour to get there). Confirmed the appointment and got a confirmation email. I let the sales person know I was on the way when I was about half an hour out. Really bad traffic for a Sunday (normal there now?)
When I got there he couldn’t find the car, and it turned out someone from the Kia dealership took it and sold it. (?)
I gave two stars only because I don’t think it was an intentional “bait and switch” since they had no comparable car to show me.
I can’t recommend driving very far to see anything specific there, maybe if you are very close by? Supposedly if you fill out a credit application they may hold a car for you to see, but not sure how many people want to do that, especially if you don’t require financing. And not sure it would have worked, since people don’t seem clear on what cars are even there and the car stayed up in the ads long after it sold. Ended up wasting about 3 hours driving and waiting around on my last day off.
I don’t blame the sales guy, I’m sure he would have liked to be the one to make what would have been an easy sale and he’d been really nice about answering my questions and worked hard at it. His time was also wasted. I just don’t want others to waste time and gas to see a particular car there, as they may wait until you get there to discover it’s gone and tell you as they don’t seem to easily know what’s still available.
