Dr. Pouradib is such a fantastic doctor I can’t give him enough praise. I was in excruciating pain when I went to Dr. Pouradib, and he listened and looked and immediately knew what was wrong and instantly gave me relief 😅! His care has made my life so very much better. With my condition I see many doctors but Dr. Amir Pouradib is a joy and the best, and his office staff does the best they can, so don’t knock them, smile and help them out the best you can! This group is so so worth it.

First, this review is a reflection of the staff/administrative desk. Dr. Pouradib is a marvelous doctor. I can't say enough good things about him. The problem is the staff. So this is not about the doctor. I have tried to contact this office since 10:00 this morning and now is almost 5:00 in the afternoon. When you dial, different extensions no one answers. Extension 1 goes to a person who puts me on hold three times, each time for 10 minutes and then I would get disconnected. And ultimately it goes to a voicemail that is full. Extension 4 for goes to the office manager and I was never able to talk to her and get an appointment. It's a shame I had to change my first review now to this!

This is the worst office that ever existed since Dr Pouradib is no longer a primary physician. The staff is very rude and nasty when it comes to taking care of their patients. They have some nerve when it comes to helping those in pain. Dr Pouradib is an amazing doctor but only does injections now so anything in office besides injections, beware of all the other doctors and staff. They will treat u with the same disrespect and irrational behavior they treated my mother with. DONT GO HERE
