I had a cortisone shot in my lower spine about 2 weeks ago at Dr. Jarkas office in Jackson.I arrived at his office with some anxiety to say the least. This was my first time getting a shot. His staff was awesome and professional. I am amazed at how comfortable and friendly everyone was. I took the option to be sedated for the procedure. I literally felt nothing. An IV was placed in my hand and then it was time for me to go home. It was fast, easy and painless. There wasn't even a bruise where the IV was placed. Dr. Jarka then personally called me to check on how I was doing 2 weeks after the shot. I can't say enough good things about this doctor and his staff. As of now, I have no lower back pain and all is going well. Dr. Jarka and his staff are by far the very best of the best in this field. I would not go anywhere else ever!
