I’m only giving 4/5 stars bc the staff is completely useless and clueless. They ask the same questions over and over again bc they’re too busy chit chatting to listen to the reason for your call or to get down to the bottom of what it is that you need exactly. On the other hand the building is clean, waiting room is plain just like most doctors waiting areas are, but clean and tidy nonetheless. BUT* Dr.Chiu is A MAY ZING! He’s very respectful, down to earth, and you can tell he not only loves his very successful practice but also actually does care about his patient’s overall health and well-being which we all know is rare these days. I had a procedure done on my back after a car accident I was in and let me tell you..he made me having to be hospitalized and put to sleep the most comfortable situation possible considering the circumstances. His partner who assisted in the procedure was also just as amazing. Dr.chiu is one of the best—if not the best/-in this area of southern ca. when I see him, I know all my worries and problems are going to be taken care of properly. So Dr if your reading this..THANK YOU FOR GUIDING ME/HELPING ME THROUGH THE BEGINNING OF MY JOURNEY IN HELPING ME GET MY PHYSICAL HEALTH BACK!! you’ve been nothing short of a God send!
