Dr Byrne did my colonoscopy in 2018 and again in mid-August 2023, each time after a "consult" appointment. I found him pleasant, friendly, thorough, patient, and - judging as best I can - the consummate professional. I think I'm lucky to have been referred to him when we moved to Abbotsford in 2016. I must also mention his MOA, Jess, with whom I spoke on the phone a few times before my 2023 procedure. She was enormously helpful to me, and was consistently friendly, patient, congenial, highly informative, and entirely professional. I don't think Dr Byrne could have a better employee. Her assistance made the entire experience much less unpleasant.
