I can not say enough about Mother Lode Vein Institute. Dr Hopkins and Anne are such a great duo! They took the time out to explain every step of the procedure, answer Any and all my questions, maintain professional environment while keeping me stress free and consistently checking my comfort levels during the procedure. Had Vnus Closure performed on both legs and Microphlebectomy on left leg. 3 appts. were necessary to complete treatment plan. On all 3 appts. Dr. Hopkins and staff were wonderful, professional and quite competent in all aspects of treatment and my subsequent relentless questioning of what,where,why,and how. The billing process was as painless as possible and staff did all the leg work (no pun intended) in dealing with the insurance requisites. It is now 3 weeks later and I'm amazed at the what appears to be GREAT results. For me this was much more than cosmetic as a previous blood clot had left me with significant Venous Reflux, visible varicose veins, and potential circulatory trouble in the future. I think I'm as cured as is possible and forever grateful to their expertise and extremely competent handling of my case in all areas. GREAT job and THANK YOU Dr. Hopkins and staff !!
