I love taking aerial yoga with Amy! She does a great job at making sure you’re warmed up before starting the inversions. She also does a great job at scaling things for beginners and giving advanced options for returners. I would definitely recommend taking any of her classes if you’re in the area!

Absolutely love Eleven Aerial. Amy the instructor has a passion for this that you can feel throughout the class. I am glad I attended her class my first time using aerial hammocks. The addition of the hammocks to yoga is a step up! I love how it helped me with some of the poses I struggled with yet challenged me in other ways. I will definitely be back!!!

I attended my first aerial yoga class with Amy the morning after Christmas, and immediately signed up for a block of 5 classes for $100 (WHAT A DEAL!!!)! I also invited my sister to join me for Amy's Beginner class on Sunday at 3, and we both felt so refreshed and rejuvenated after an hour of stretching, flipping upside down and playing in the silk, followed up by 10 minutes of a sound bath and meditation cocooned inside the silk. It is now my favorite hour of my week, and Amy is a patient, responsive, and gifted teacher who helps her students feel very safe to try new things and have fun while getting stronger! Wish I had found Eleven Aerial Arts sooner!
