Great service and great people. They did a recall on my car and fixed a bunch of stuff. They took care of me and fixed my AC without me even asking them to.

I bought a used 4Runner from Findlay Spokane with Riley as my sales associate. I can't speak highly enough of the integrity the used car sales team has. After the sale an issue developed with the vehicle I bought that required some repair work not covered by the warrantee. I live about 400 miles away from the dealership so couldn't just bring it back there for the work. Trent and Luis worked with me throughout the process to get the issue resolved to my satisfaction. Great service guys! What you would expect from Toyota!

I really struggled with Findlay when my wife’s 2019 Highlander kept shutting down and not restarting when she was driving. Leaving her stranded around town. When I called for a service appt the soonest appointment they had was 2 weeks out. I turned to a more helpful dealership in the valley who ran the diagnostics and found out it was the faulty battery from Findlay. When I tried to get a refund for the battery that died and wouldn’t recharge within 12 months of purchase I was denied. Bad for business guys. Stop leaving your customers stranded with no available appointments and a SUPER difficult parts department. This $400 start stop battery said 84 months on the top of it. Hardly! Please do a better job warranting your stuff and stop shrugging your shoulders at severely unhappy customers. Bye Felicia!
