I called to see if I can get an estimate for the work, they said that I need to come to the store and get the vinyl first. So we went to the store. Three people were working (rather standing around) but none of them said anything to us. We were looking around for flooring and they were just staring at us, rather rudely. Felt like Vivian from Pretty Woman.
Got out of there fast and talked to Simi Valley store. Someone showed up the next day to look over and gave us an estimate.

Very nice friendly people. Very nice sample displays. The prices are pumped up way high and then they make a deal price for you. The exact flooring that I decided on was bought elsewhere finally when 2 different flooring places on the same street quoted HALF the price of the "deal" price at Flooring 101 for the EXACT same manufacturer, model number and style. In my case I saved over $3,000 on just the flooring material alone. These people are just car salesmen types selling flooring here instead.Obviously they are all on commission getting a piece of the bottom line.

I cant say enough great things about Flooring 101 Thousand Oaks. From the beginning to the end. Our salesperson was great Ross. The install was great. They knew we were on a tight timeframe as we were moving to a new home and wanted the install prior to the move. They made it happen and carpet is beautiful amazing quality. We had Lowes and Home Depot measure also but in the end Flooring 101 offered better quality options,better customer service ! You wont be disappointed
