I was in urgent need of a part the had broken on our DE filter. They did not have the part on hand, Our filter is very old and the part was an obscure clip. The employees did everything they could to locate what the part was and gave me the item number for it. They let me know it would be faster if I ordered it directly from the company, rather than have them order it for me. They went above and beyond to offer great customer service, even without making a sale from me. We will absolutely be back for all our future pool needs!

Responsive and knowledgeable. I recommend Foothill because they are upfront, honest and experienced. They care about their customers. Foothills installation price for a linear double sided fireplace was 1/3 the price of another company and in line with industry standards. The other company wanted to charge more “ because they had never installed that type of unit before.” If you are looking for experience and integrity, this is your place.

Our 30-year old propane stove--our only heat source--gave out in the middle of snowstorms and power outages in February 2023. Bryce and his entire staff gave us priority in ordering and scheduling installation of a new stove. We couldn't believe they were willing to go up our snow-covered roof to install the new vent, but they did it. We were up and running in no time at all. Communication throughout the entire process was stellar. Thanks, everyone at Foothill Fireplace!
