This business damaged a vehicle. On the pickup date, the damage was noted/documented and they (G2 Graphics) told me they would fully take care of the damage. Since the pickup day I've been emailing and calling asking when this will be take care of and have pretty much only been getting empty promises that they would fix the problem they created. In response to their lack of action, a couple of months later I go to a body shop to get a separate estimate of how much it would cost to fix this. I come to find out it would cost almost as much as getting the car wrap in the first place! It's been 4 months since the pickup date. I really wish the team displayed more of a willingness to fix that which they started.
On Ordering/The Design Process: 2/5 • Very arduous • I had to repeat orders multiple times
The Final Result/The Wrap: 4/5 • Overall the wrap itself seems great and doesn't seem to to peeling • There are some places in which the wrap isn't centered or symmetrical. This makes the design seem odd to the trained eye
Final Note: I understand they could be good people and work hard at what they do, however, if I knew it would have taken me 6+ months for one vehicle to be completed and potentially cost me 2X the amount (getting the wrap done and having damages repaired) of a 'normal' wrap I would have probably just gone elsewhere.
