Very knowledgable and friendly. Got the work done in a timely fashion and very patient with my myriad of questions I called about. Car runs great, no more wobble in my steering wheel or rumble in the back. Would recommend.

They are loyal and honest to their customers. They are not there to rip you off or take money. They are there to make sure your car is 100% roadworthing. Their initial quote yes it was high. As it turned out, I didn't need some of those parts so they charged me half as much.

This was my second time using Golden Rule, specifically the Francis location, and I wont be going anywhere else to get besides them moving forward. They are the best ever! Both times they were very quick and efficient. They have excellent communication, they’re honest and they were able to get my vehicle in and completed by the end of the very next day. Beyond satisfied with their customer service and the work they perform on my vehicle. Thank you!!
