I cannot recommend this place highly enough. The trainers here are extremely well versed in their fitness craft.
I started last fall with Kathy and within a matter of months, not only did my cardio and strength levels broke personal records, but general body posture was also corrected via their training, such that the typical daily soreness I was experiencing to a lifetime of bad form went away.
In addition, while Kathy makes sure she always tries to push you to the next level, it is always within an agreed upon comfort level and she ensures a safe environment by focusing her personal attention to her trainees during heavy lifts.
