These guys are great. They encountered a problem with the plastic cap that Jiffy Lube had put on and had broken. Rather than charge me a crazy amount to replace it there, they showed me where I could order it really cheap and then come back with it. They have earned a repeat customer. Thanks for everything, Allen and crew! 😀

This happened a year or so back. Took my car in for a basic oil change. All seemed fine. Took it back for the next oil change several months later and was told that I had put the wrong oil in. I didn't put the oil in. They did. Ended up costing me $3k to fix the issue they caused. Avoid this chain like the plague unless you don't mind them screwing up your car. Spend the extra money and take it to a real mechanic. Totally worth it

Very honest and good people! They forgot something after my oil changed and immediately called me and fixed It!! I’m sure lots of other mechanics wouldn’t have bothered…highly recommend their services.
