If I could give them a zero, I would. My daughter recently moved from Las Vegas for her 3 year old Autistic son program he's been accepted. Anyhow, she paid the total move in including deposit and fees. Only to be told yesterday, she owes an additional $200 towards the deposit because of an error (their error) after paying a little over $3K to move in. She was given the option to pay or move....WT#! I went to speak with them today, because my daughter is frantic, fragile and has a lot on her plate dealing with an Autistic child. Sergio Vasquez was immediately intimidated and extremely rude, he continued to talk over me and when I asked if I could speak, he jumped in and continue to over talk (which is expected from a young boy of his stature). He said, he didnt like the way I was addressing the lease. I pointed out what was stated on the lease and advised it was a binding contract. However, he did provide another paper showing the adjusted deposit, which my daughter signed( hate that she did). Anyhow, I asked what are the options and if she could get out of her lease. Well, we asked to speak to the manager . So, Gina Marquez finally came out of her office and immediately ushered us out without listening to any concerns.
I truly believe they took advantage of her at a very vulnerable state and was inconsiderate. I wish I was there with her at the time, she wouldn't have signed it.
Gina Marquez and Sergio Vasquez were totally RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, CONDESCENDING, DISCOURTEOUS, IMPOLITE, AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.
