So happy to have had the support of the folks in their Property Management division in landing a rental property. Debbie was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the process, and answered quickly when I had specific questions like, "are we able to apply without viewing the property?" Thanks to their thorough video walkthrough I felt confident in applying sight-unseen, considering how competitive the rental market can be in the area, this was extremely helpful. I'm happy to have found a place at a reasonable rate, and look forward to the convenience of handling all our business through their Tenant Portal.

I wish there was a 0... even if we decided to move back to Washington I would never rent through you guys and it wasn't even my choice it was the owners choice...witch I did like at one point but then our rent started going up more than once a year..I am on disability witch means I only get 943 Dollars a month..we were fixing to be priced out so at that point I was done with it it was time for use to go witch I am assuming that was there goal anyway.

Went to see a place had spider 4 in the sink just chilling. We wanted a bigger place but our credit was in the 670's and my man's was lower and they wanted to put us in a spider infested unit that was a one bedroom and we wanted a two bedroom and cause our rental history was from a motel they wanted to put us in a unit that was less price but we have had to pay w/s/g and it only if we had a cosigner. mind you we live in in a motel and pay $2,000.00 a month and we pay early plus we have other expenses but yet they said we couldn't afford a 2bedroom for $1,500.00 a month. So not the best experience. Very frustrating.
