Would absolutely send anyone I know here!! I called and talked to a service tech because my wood stove was acting funny. Not only did the gentleman immediately diagnose my issue (over the phone!) but he also came out AFTER HOURS to fix it for me since all of his guys were super far away from me. I couldn't be more thankful for his kindness, knowledge and understanding

I really enjoyed my experience in buying a stove from this company. Not only did installation go perfectly smooth, the follow up questions were answered about maintenence and efficiency. They taught me how to get the most heat and efficiency out of my stove and chimney. We returned this summer to buy a pellet grill/smoker. The quality of their products can't compare to the one we bought 2 years ago at Home Depot. We are thrilled with our new grill and can see it lasting for years to come. Thank you for supporting our military and veterans. Great company. Will be back for logs this winter.

I have to preface this review with an initial comment. About 30 years ago I was looking at a pellet stove and was prepared to make the purchase at Heritage Fireplace. However, I was greeted with a rather rude salesman who, in my estimation had no desire to help and absolutely no flexibility. Now we fast forward to 12/8/20. At the urging of my wife, we stopped in at Heritage Fireplace to ask advice and make a purchase. Wow - totally different reception this time. Michael, our salesman, was the most charismatic, affable, entertaining, knowledgeable salesman I have ever met. He could have sold me the London Bridge and I would feel as though he gave it to me. Michael freely explained our best approach to meet our needs - he didn't upsell us, he wasn't demeaning, nor was he pressuring. I cannot and do mean cannot recommend or suggest a better place to shop for your fireplace needs than Heritage. They are by far the best place to gain knowledge and purchase the products you need for your home. I highly recommend you seek assistance from Heritage before looking anywhere else. You'll be wasting your time anywhere else. I wish there was something more I could say or do to convince you to check out Heritage Fireplace Shop first because you will be absolutely astounded by the service you get. Thank-you Michael and I applaud management for hiring you.
