We had a great experience with Sutter Home and Hearth. Johnny arrived on time, wore a mask & booties on his shoes, got our fireplace fixed and shared lots of good advice to make sure it doesn't happen again. Highly recommend.

Amazingly, Sutter Home & Hearth has been answering the same phone and sending out service technicians to us on Vashon Island for 27 years. This is the old fashioned, customer comes first kind of service. The most recent tech, Zach, cleaned and repaired our stove to function like I haven't seen it perform in at least 15 years. His level of knowledge is elite and he calmly explained it all in detail in very clear terms. I now know how my stove works at a level of understanding I never had before. Five stars seems to few.

Just replaced our 26yr old Sutter gas stove with another Sutter gas insert stunner. The team went above and beyond to fast track installation so that we could get some use during these waning cold months. We got the best advice for selecting a unit that met our price point, no fast talking toward a more expensive unit, and, when asked, gave us their take on best looking surrounds that would work with our space. The scope of the work, replacing fireplace surround from atop our very tall house, was more than we had expected and left us better appreciating the labor expenses. We are pleased and assured they will be there if any problems arise in the future. Thanks Sutter H&H1
