H&R Block

The tax preparer didn't know what she was doing and my taxes usually take 30 minutes to do and it took 2 1/2 hours. She also wouldn't ask for help despite my multiple suggestions that she do so.

Prepare to wait 45 mins even if you have an appointment. This has happened 3 years in a row. Now this year I make an appointment online for 6pm. I get a call that I missed my 3pm appt. I call the store they had no record of my 6pm appt. Their website just plugged me into any available time regardless of what I put in. This location is a joke. My husband insists on going to H and R Block for some reason so I am switching locations. I will never step foot in this store again.
