I cannot recommend Jake more highly. As a first time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions. Jake was patient and thorough as he answered our questions and taught us more about the home buying process. He has so much knowledge about the industry and gave great advice on the pros and cons of each home we looked at. When it came time to put in an offer, he was very prompt, responsive, and strategic. Jake is simply the best! He is affable, kind and very skilled at what he does. He worked with us for over a year to find the right home for us - and we LOVE IT! Jake walked us through the entire process with wisdom and grace. We almost wanted to do more home visits as an excuse to hang... I always recommend Jake every time I hear of someone needing real estate expertise.
