Do not rent their properties, lack of management and disadvantages. Some of the staffs are kind that why I gave one star. Again do not rent their properties you may experience several issues with them and properties. If you are planning to move out from that property, DO NOT CLEAN THEIR PROPERTY THEY WILL TAKE MOST OF YOUR DEPOSIT! Wish I read other people reviews. If the apartment is over 30 years old, again, do not rent their property everything is easily breakable and outdated (that why rent is cheap). They will used that against you. Be careful where you rent the place especially this property.

I have applied for the property that was advertised to have private garage.
When I had an appointment to View the property the showing agent confirmed it had a Private garage, but she did not have a key to open it.
I have applied and I was approved. The day when i was supposed to bring the deposit I decided to check the unit again and I found out that the garage was shared and not private. I called JLE and complained. JOHANA (LEASING AGENT) SAID THEY would REFUND ME the application fees since they have misadvertised the property to me.
When I come to their office to pick up the application fees Johana SAID she had not given me any promises to refund the fees. She lied to my face!!
They are not professional and would mistreat you and lie to you.

I just had the most unprofessional interaction with Heather. She is supposed to be the district manager for this company and I guess that makes sense given the low ratings. There is a balance due on an apartment that my brother was renting but he is now passed on. It was sudden and we are heart broken and I stated that I would not like to provide a forwarding address for her to bill a grieving family. Its is not a lot of money for the property, cost of business.. and no legal grounds for us to take on his debt. She made rude remarks and hung up on me.
