Took my truck for a recall. Was suppose to be there half hour which turned into an hour and a half. Which was ok cause while doing recall it needed a part dealership didn’t have so they went to get it. But before they started the tube to fill break fluid was missing a fastener so he decided to put one on cause it bothered the service assistant manager. Never been to this dealership but it was great service even for just a recall. So if your ford vehicle has any recalls take it there. Just call first and setup an appointment and they will tell you how long. I apologize for not remembering the gentleman’s name. But it was great service. Thank you

Jordan Auto was a great experience from start to finish. Wendi Burns made our car buying process easy and very smooth. She was prompt in responses and everything was done remotely.
