Ken came out same day and quickly identified and fixed a problem with my garage door operating inconsistently. Highly recommend him! He worked fast, was very friendly, and was completely reasonable for pricing. Will be calling him again when I need further service on my old garage doors.

We had a torsion spring break on a Sunday at our house and we were unable to open the garage door. I left a message for Ken on Monday morning and within an hour he had gotten back to me. Although it was his day off, he showed up at my house within an hour and had the spring swapped and the door fixed in no time. I had talked to a couple of other places and based on the quotes they had given me KGB doors was very fairly priced for this repair. Ken knew what he was doing and was a pleasure chatting with while he worked. Thanks!
