Taking Kristen's classes 3-days a week has been the best thing I've done for myself in a long time. This is the best shape I've been in since my 20's which makes me seriously question what I was doing before!

This instructor is the best. I have taken her classes on Zoom and in a group. She demonstrates every move, constantly reminds us how arms, legs, stomach, etc., should be positioned to maximize effect and prevent injury, warms us up and cools us down, and varies exercises from class to class for variety and so that the whole body is engaged. It's a workout!

Love Kristen —seriously fun and always striving for good technique. She notices things and tweaks your position just so to make it harder and safer all the time.
She listens to you and notices where you are off balance . Best teacher by far that I have had.
