We called Kwik Appliance Sales & Service after another appliance repair company told us our cooling fan and thermostat went bad in our oven, then left us hanging and stopped returning calls. Glen came out to troubleshoot and found it was actually a bad heating element within 30 minutes. The parts came in in a couple of days and Glen came back out immediately. The service was fantastic, they saved us money, and they were a pleasure to work with! We will definitely be using Kwik Appliance for all future appliance issues! Highly recommend!

Thank you Glenn Lyons our repair technician from Kwik Appliances . Glenn kept in contact with me to keep me updated on the status of the part that was ordered for our refrigerator. He displayed great customer service, also explained what the problem was with our refrigerator. Again thank you Glenn for your expertise and your outstanding customer service

Glenn was absolutely amazing! We found out what the problem is and couldn't find any replacement parts. He told me to give him a couple of days to figure it out, after 2 days came back and fixed my 20yr old washer. It running like brand new again! Will definitely use them again and again!
