I recently bought my first dream home in Peninsula thanks to Laura and her team (Lexie and Shantaya)!! I had been looking for a small condo since before the pandemic, and as everyone knows, the housing price was insane (and still high though). Laura has found an off-market property for me through her network (I think this proves how well she established a network throughout the Bay Area). She and her team patiently guided me around my schedule (I left for an international trip shortly after making the offer). I had amazing experience to work with Laura and I strongly recommend her and her team. Laura is a special agent, warm, calm and considerate. When working with her, there wasn’t stress and worry. She is so patient to listen client’s opinion, request, and questions. You can feel her confidence even if she always talks with kind smile. She did as much as presale work and tried different ways to collect feedback before our house was put on the market. During negotiation, she always gave her professional advice but I didn’t feel any pushing and stress. Her team made clear timeline and followed up very well.
