I would not recommend them at all. They sent a guy to look at a leak and he said it will be a huge task will cost me thousands and will affect ceiling and bathroom floor I will have to get a construction contractor once leak is fixed. Then asked me to pay $65 as consultation fee. When I talked to customer service they said if I want the fee waved I should give them good review on google. I am sorry good review for what? Your dude didn’t know a thing. Called another plumber he fixed the leak without causing damage to ceiling or floor for $150. Do not take their service.
