Had it foe 2 years and not too many issues. Now the igniter and fuse are toast and the staff pretty much said par for the coarse. Only grill I've ever had that didn't last over 2 years. They are Sending a new igniter that I have to put in but who knows how long that lasts

Very competitive to Home Depot. I give them 5 stars, but HD may have a slight edge on inventory and price. If Lowe's is more convenient, that's where I will shop. For sure, Lowe's is a neater / more organized store in my opinion.

My wife and I are avid gardeners, plus we've just landscaped our entire property, so we spend a fair amount of money at this Lowes. We are especially impressed with and appreciate Tony who helps us with loading things into our car, never having to be asked. His knowledge of the products being sold and his going the extra mile every time just as his normal personal operating system makes all the difference. One day we came in and Tony was not working that day and so we left and came back when we could deal with the best. We are spoiled now. If only everyone could be as good as this guy. Thank you!
