We purchased Coreluxe vinyl plank flooring from the LL store in Redding back in January and are very satisfied with our purchase. John R who assisted us was extremely knowledgeable about the products, explaining the differences of the various floorings, and patiently answering all our questions. Thanks to him we made an excellent selection and our room looks great.

Terrible experience. It’s just not a company that values their customers. I said “maybe they aren’t that bad” when I saw the 1 star reviews and took a chance and boy I learned my lesson. They do less than the bare minimum. If they make a mistake they aren’t going to correct it. Everyone from the salespeople to the installers to the customer services reps were all bad in so many ways that I don’t even want to go through all of it because it would be a novel. Trust me when I say you’d be better off going somewhere else. Don’t walk, RUN to a different location.

Ordered 2.1/4" x 3/4" Bella Maple Hardwood flooring. I was told by the salesman that there would be more character pieces than the sample showed. I ordered it on the spot because I needed a hardwood with more character wood. When I received the order low and behold very little character wood and the pieces I did receive were all less than 30" in length.i should have insisted on looking at the product before taking delivery. LL Flooring salesmen are no different than a used car salesman"If their mouths are moving they're lying "
