As was the case with my other visits to this office, I waited for about an hour to see Dr. Tsuchiyose. Frankly, this is quite frustrating and unacceptable to me. The office knows how long each appointment is allotted, and should book appointments at the appropriate intervals.The reception room is quite crowded so there were many others also waiting. Otherwise, my experience was positive. The staff was professional and friendly. I feel comfortable with the direction in which we're suggested we go with my treatment.

Went for a consultation/exam which went well-I felt the Doctor was a good communicator and empathetic. Two things were not so good: firstly, when I reported that the restroom for patients was overflowing and unusable, the person behind the desk didn't really seem that interested and didn't make any suggestions re alternate facility. Secondly, when I had to schedule a follow up appt, I was kept waiting quite a while as the assistant dealt with other things/patients. She apologized when she finally came back to help me but I would have appreciated her acknowledging me right away and letting me know that she was sorry that she would be a few minutes as opposed to my having to guess what was going on and feeling a bit ignored.

I saw Dr. Stefan Chin and he's great. However, the office staff are lacking. The appointment lady is not very friendly at all. She wouldn't wait for me to check my schedule and she just assigned an appointment date and expect me to make it.
