I just walked into the store and I was so shocked, I had to record this review while in the store. Being in West Hartford, Connecticut one would think that the surroundings and atmosphere would be neat, organized, and clean. First, there were no carts to speak of – another lady and I had to scrounge around to find a cart – AND THEN find one that WORKED!! The one that I found had dried oranges at the bottom of the cart, which I had to remove. The entire place is a disarray, disorganized, and definitely needs a deep clean. I did do some shopping but I didn’t stay long because most of the time, I had to navigate through an obstacle course with junk all over the place. Went to check out at the door I came in and there was no one there. A manager said that I needed to go to the other end of the store to checkout and then go back to the door where I came in. It was a TOTAL CLUSTER!!! Big Lots and Walmart is better organized and cleaner!!

I went to two Marshals today and was disappointed with both. Their men's selection is slim; it may be related to the supply chain issue. Then again, I go to the one on Silas Deane Highway in Wethersfield, and they have a vast selection.
So why are these other stores carrying minimal men's clothing?

Brought in receipt for $399 furniture and would not accept return. Absolutely livid. Horrible customer service. Never experienced someone so rude
