This has definitely been the worst most Shady property company I have ever rented from trying to get any sort of Maintenance or repairs done is painstaking and the worst argument I have ever been through. Whenever there is an issue with the property the property management will ignore it for as long as they can until you have to seek legal help.

If only Google can give zero stars, I would give this company zero star this company scammed me and my wife for our rental application fees and just gave us the runaround for three weeks already did my application. The lady that works there name Rosie kept telling me that I applications, looking good and I’ll get back to her the next day and she tells me oh someone beat me to the punch and property no longer available so they’re gonna give it to that person and she was like don’t worry I’ll get back your application fee money and I was like OK thank you so couple days went by. I called her and she just kept giving me the runaround saying that I have to call my boss. My boss lives out of the state and I just let it ride until my wife call the boss and the boss didn’t know what was going on. She was informed by Rosa that I was denied the day after I did my application. Well I got proof saying that applications looking good I’m a prove she just gave her boss a whole different story and basically wasting my time and giving me the runaround so after my wife got done talking to the boss the boss said she will call me back the next day. Still no word call Rosa again and she admits that she was wrong and she was sorry and that there’s nothing she can do because it’s their fault. How is it? My fault
