Maria went out of her way to be professional and helpful, especially on Christmas Eve! She made our first experience with Metro by T-Mobile a pleasure. We won't hesitate to refer family and friends!

I had bad experience, I was planning to buy Two IPhone 11 that I was told they don’t have it in the store, however they told me they can have it between 2 to 1 week. One week after Maria a girl who works at metro called me they have received one and I am interested I can pick it. Two hours later I went there, Mari the lady at the front desk started helping us. However after she opened my account she went to the back of the store. Came back again and back to the back again communicating with her co-worker. Came back again she said the IPhone 11 is sold. I ask how come didn’t you told me you received it and me if I am interested to get it.How is that happen ? They cost me a trip? Didn’t even try to make it up. Besides the eye contact with the co-worker, and saying sorry. Very disappointed.

The unwillingness to help, the unapproachable body language and face expression are enough reasons to never visit this store even if it is the closest and most convenient. maybe I don’t expect T-Mobile customer service but some courteousness and kindness would go a long way. If your employees aren’t happy and transmitting that maybe it’s time to look for a new team.
