When it was MIDWAY it was all good. Even though it is apparently all the same staff this person Angie doesn't know what it means to return phone calls and if she is overwhelmed then get her some help because she is not providing good customer service. I will be closing my account since i have left messages and i have gone in to the store to get answers and i am told Angie is the only one that can answer my questions. Having only one person be the only one that has access to information that is bad practice what if something happened and she left. Who is a back up to know what work she processes. Anyway since no one seems to care about the customer you have lost my business. I do want my money back on an unused warranty unless that was a lie too... Also be very specific on warranty coverage as i was denied a service repair for very expensive leather couches even though i am covered for repairs for 5 years i have had these couches 3 years and now they are sinking again and they said i didn't inform them fast enough. I just left another message what a joke i get the call center again and only the voicemail that says Antoinette is not available. YOU GUYS ARE REALLY A JOKE i will be paying off the last little bit that i owe minus $293 that is rightfully mine. Train your people and treat your customers with respect because it is the customers that keep you in business...... I might be only one person but i will never have a good word to say about you and i will let people know don't bother going to you to buy stuff because you will regret it , you just don't know it yet.
