I've been with Mountain Mist for a year. Not really please and currently looking for other options for RO water delivery. They missed a few deliveries, once this past week with out any notification until we called. They said that the driver ran out of product and changed out delivery cycle to that next Monday. Missed that Monday with no communication so I went and bought more water only to have our water delivered on Tuesday. Also, lack of flexibility on delivery schedule (once a month, that's a lot of water to store).

Signed up at the fair today. Matt was very nice and helpful. Excited to get our first delivery! As to the negative reviews, mostly about customer service...we will see how that goes, as so far it's been smooth.
Update 10/31: We've had a few deliveries, and they've been responsive to changes to our water order (adding more bottles!). I've seen no issues at all. I can only imagine you are only seeing the few negative reviews because the people who are satisfied DO NOT put reviews up as often as those who have a negative experience. Over all, we LOVE our water service!!!!!!!

Absolutely horrible! Customer service is rude and demeaning. Several months ago I asked them to plz pick up the water bottles that I had not used. I understood clearly that I would not be refunded for unused bottles. They never picked them up so I am stuck with dozens of water bottles stacked up on my back porch. I asked to plz suspend service but they refused saying they could only do this 1x per calendar year for no more than a few months. When I return from working in EurAsia, I will be discontinuing service immediately. Sad. They used to be good.
