The store itaelf is ALWAY clean and even smells nice. It puts new standards on pawn shops overall; the shoping experiance as well as the customer service. Nick Dugan and Stacey are the most kind honest fair responsible and respectful bunch in havasu business. Theyre incredibly knowledgable and what they dont know they research and learn about before they go further. I truly appreciate and enjoy going into the shop not to mention would recommend mr pawn to anyone.

Was offered $90 on a 14 K rose gold ring (with original paperwork) worth over $2,500. Would give 0 stars if I could. Found a way better shop.

Polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Great customer service and great experience overall. I had purchased something from them that soon had a malfunction and they were quick to do what they could to try to remedy it given it was still within the warranty time frame. Once it was deemed to be unusable they gave me a full refund of my purchase without any hesitation and were really sorry about as was I. They have great prices and great staff and would highly recommend this place to other people.
