I never post reviews. But this one was well deserved. I had an amazing experience. The staff member I had was Breanna, she was very friendly and educated in what I was looking for. And made my experience easy. I didn’t feel pushed to get one. I love the variety. And all the options they had. Thank you for making it a pleasant experience.

I loved my experience with Sonoma hot tubs Napa. Bree was a fantastic resource. She was informative, professional and most importantly honest. She provided me with exactly what I wanted without being oversold. I would 100% recommend Bree and SHT&PS-Napa rto friends and family.

We were having a problem with water quality in our spa the last few months and had exhausted options with the dealer we purchased it from. I went to the Sonoma Spa Napa location and they ran a water test and identified the issue in 15 minutes and provided the resolution as well. After following their instructions our water quality issues have been resolved. Bree (I hope my spelling is correct) was great to deal with. Very patient and helpful and even called us back for an update. She took her time in answering all our questions and we will be dealing with her and the Napa store for our future spa needs.
