Definitely 5 stars. Installing a hot tub is a process. Whenever we needed help to resolve issues, Jim and his team were responsive, timely, and helpful. He recommended an experienced electrician to get the wiring ready, and on the delivery day it was clear they were pros. His adult son (also named Jim) took care to make sure the tub was situated perfectly...turns out it makes a big difference which way you orient it (access to service panel, entry, the different types of seats in the tub, and the view of the yard from each, etc). He talked me through the pros and cons, and I am really happy with the result. He also carefully talked me through how to maintain and care for it, and answered all my questions. Really glad I went with New Products.

We just had a great experience with New Products, Inc. They are a family run business that is friendly and responsive. I contacted them about a repair we needed for our VERY old Coleman spa (25+ years!). Rather than trying to sell me a new spa, they sent James to “have a look.” James seemed to have worked a miracle with our tub. After a thorough investigation into all the possible problems, He was able to fix everything on the spot for a reasonable repair fee. He triple checked everything. James even came back with a new filter (that they had to track down for us), and took extra time drain the tub for us. When it comes time for a new tub, we will definitely check into New Products’ Spas. Great customer service goes a long way.

Our hot tub sprung a leak and within 12 hours of calling New Products, James came to our house and repaired the leak in an hour. Quick, fast, efficient service! Highly recommend this business, they were so informative throughout the process.
