This company is very unprofessional, I had an appointment with them through sears as a contractor and never showed up,ended up showing up the next day, so that they came and take a look of my refrigerator the next day and said that he will order the parts it will take 2 weeks...I called sears to get an update about my parts since they said James never order the parts, so basically I'm waiting for nothing...its been a month and still haven't fix my refrigerator..never go to this company.

James shows up on time, does good work. He treats his costumers how they should be treated, not like the 1st company Ashurion sent out the from Home Depot warranty service. I would recommend Next Refrigeration service for your next repair service.

My LG refrigerator stopped working, under warranty. LG connected me with James from Next Refrigeration Service in Vallejo. I also live in Vallejo. He said he charges a fee of $85.00 for travel. I called LG and they said he shouldn’t be doing that. I canceled his service. He still came to my house on the day the service was previously scheduled. He parked his van in my driveway, grabbed his bag out of the van, walked to the front of the van, and got back in the van. I have video of it. Then he proceeded to tell LG that he completed the service. I have video at my front door, and he came no where near my door. This business is not trustworthy.
