Overall it was a good experience shopping at Pacific Sales at this location. We were greeted when we entered and got prompt attention from the knowledgeable staff in both appliances and plumbing. The front desk employees need either more experience or training, but they eventually came through and delivered as expected.

Fantastic service Kevin took care of our appliances. Lisa has allways friendly and knowledgeable about our plumbing needs. Wendell was able to troubleshoot a couple plumbing issues

I have had a great experience with the Huntington Beach team. Kevin was our sales associate and spent the time needed to get everything done. Lisa expedited our faucet that was 3 weeks out by finding one scrolled away locally. Martha the manager took care of an exchange that happens when numerous items are purchased. The whole team worked well together and ensured customer satisfaction.
