Military and civil service beware! I brought a dress uniform in for a press and cleaning for a major event . In 20 plus years I’ve never had any issue with any dry cleaners. I trusted that they would handle the uniform with care or notify me if an issue arose so I could fix the discrepancy before I’m left with zero options and an unusable uniform. I found major components of the uniform broken and missing.
FYI, if this is still up that means the company did not rectify this situation. I don’t tend to leave reviews or like to, but this was such a disservice and I just don’t want someone else in a situation like this especially on a uniform this is costly.
