As far as customer service goes they were very nice! Now getting into the work they do that’s a little tougher. Went in for an oil change, easy in and easy and quick out which was awesome. But once I got home and drove it the next day found a big oil slick in my driveway and had the car smoking while running errands. The seal had “rolled” and leaked oil everywhere and stuck the car up to high heaven. While they did fix it afterwards I feel like it shouldn’t have happened in the first place.

Peninsula Subaru has been my caretaker exclusively since purchasing my first Subaru in 2010. Throughout almost 15 years they have expeditiously serviced my vehicle. They never have the least bit of negative response on any wuestion(s) I have. From oil changes faithfully accomplished quickly, to overall check of my car’s systems, I know -in advance - of needed repairs or replacements. I am 100% confident in every task they have performed or recommended be performed. Recently, they are undergoing a major expansion at their original site, but customer service flowed that early 6:30 a.m. arrival like a fine tuned machine. Would not trust my Subaru to anyone other than Peninsula Subaru!

I recently purchased my Tacoma at Peninsula Subaru, from the start everyone was very helpful. I appreciated how professional and accommodating Patrick was during the process. All of my questions were answered with transparency and honesty. The entire process couldn't have been easier. Patrick, the truck did great at Browns Creek!
