My 14 y.o. long-haired black kitty, Miss Blackie, was looking a bit raggedy, even tho I brush once a day. I thought a bath at the self-service dog wash would brighten her spirits. So I went in just for a visit. The attendant was very helpful, explained the process. Ok so 2 days later Miss Blackie in her carrier and I find ourselves ready to do this. Once inside, I became more anxious than all 3 of us. Miss Blackie came thru the process of being wet down, shampoo, condition and blown dry. The harness inside the wash tub helped immensely, gave me the use of both hands. Water pre-set at a comfortable temp. The blow dryer upset her only for a few minutes. Later that same day, I sat her on my lap and letting her know she was even more beautiful, coat was nice and shiny, she has fur similar to a rabbit with big golden eyes. She soon fell asleep, purring. So, it appears that this is a more than positive review. Meow
