Edit on 2/22/23: I spoke with Dave Scott on 2/14/23. The first thing he said was that he never left the comment on here asking me to call him. Huh?! I explained what happened and he told me he would look into it and call me back. That was over a week ago. Obviously Pingrey doesn't care about their customers. I've been going there for years for oil changes and service but I will not anymore!
Brought my car in today because of a check engine light (which I already had checked at O’Reillys for free and given a diagnostic code for, AND told them that at Pingrey.) I wanted some further information on the code which is for the PCM. I waited for an hour for something that should have taken no more than 15 minutes to check but they charged me for an hours worth of work at $173 just to be told that the part is on back order with no ETA. I was charged $173 for them to plug in a laptop and drive it around the block with no resolution.
