No office hours posted, no response to email. Phone call was returned days later and they left a garbled message. All for a debt of less than $20 that was already paid to their client with bad bookkeeping records.

Well, I'm glad to see that talking over people is obviously a regular occurrence. I've called Pinnacle twice to try and resolve our issue. The first time I tried to explain the back story to get a list of the payments we've made from their end in order to see what is going on because we had been making payments but somehow our bill was not reflecting that. I could not explain to the the guy because he literally kept talking over me and cutting me off and not listening, then just hung up on me, when I said, "can you please stop cutting me off and listen, you keep cutting me off." I was like really?!?!?!

Kelly is the worst bill collector I have ever talked too. I called to make the payment in full, I called them not the other way around. I asked if we could get some fees removed so we could make the whole payment the gentleman who answered the call could not so he transferred me to my case worker Kelly. While asking why we were charged a high interest rate she told me that she needs to turn her volume down since we were loud. I told her I have a disability and can't hear so I often speak loud that nobody was yelling at her since we were trying to get info on the additional collection charges. She kept talking over me as I was trying to explain my hearing problem. She got mad at said fine I won't give you a discount at all then after already offering and accepting the discount. I told her I needed to speak with her supervisor since she was being unprofessional. She said there are no supervisors that I will have to wait 24 hrs for a call and before I could make my payment. Since she was not going ti allow me to settle my debt I called back and got Joseph who gave us a decent discount that I hope comes out of Kelly's pocket and took my payment.
