This team is truly amazing. They helped us solve a spay/neuter problem with feral cats, and were so professional and kind about it. Their facility is extremely clean and welcoming. In our small town, we are lucky to have access to good veterinary care, and the addition of this clinic is just a bonus. Highly recommend this clinic and staff.

I live in Pullman and they have some of the best prices. It’s worth the drive. I’ve been taking my dog here since she was a puppy and she’s been a problematic dog. They have been with me every step of the way and answer my million annoying first time pet owner questions and are so calm and nice about it. They clarify things that the internet may confuse you about (for example grain free diets are known for causing heart disease). My dog is nervous around people but they are so patient with her and give her lots of treats to distract her. They genuinely care about her wellness and I highly recommend coming here from Pullman if you can.

The staff is amazing here. I first started going there 3 years ago with our GSD They took us as a walk in. Dr. McKinley ended up sitting on the floor and examining him. She was patient and kind. They have done emergency surgery for us on our corgi who likes to eat rocks, and the pricing has been more than fair. I can not recommend this place enough!!
