Just wanted to make a special shoutout to Sunny. He read my request for a quote on a specific BBQ I’ve been looking for, for a month, then proceeded to call me on his day off. He then coordinated with 2 other locations to have my BBQ delivered to a location closer to me during Canada Day. The sale doesn’t even go through him, so he essentially organized all of this for me out of.. I don’t know, kindness I guess?? Some people just love their job, others love their customers. Sunny loves both. Make sure to ask for him when you’re looking for your next home appliance!

They ripped me off. Sold me a defective stove, it can't be installed there isn't any threads on the gas line input. I picked it up, went to get my $110 delivery fee back, and his account said insufficient funds! He stole my money. This place is a scratch/dent/discontinued/wouldn't pass QC models they sell as brand new nothing wrong. They are theives and imposter's. He gave me 2 options. He wanted me to bring it back, or come take the part off of a different stove??? Completely unacceptable. He threatened to come to my house while his employee laughed in my face. Couldn't give me a refund!!! Insufficient funds and he was unable to return my money. Imagine being a business front and spending people's money in 12 hours when you offer a 48 hour refund policy. I will be there and celebrating when they shut their doors permanently.
