I wouldn't likely stay here again. There was a very strong smell when I walked in which had me wonder what they were covering up. It was a chemical smell and the first thing I did when I got to my room was open the window to air it out. Hotel is run down and needs to be renovated. It didn't feel clean and I was thankful to have brought my own bedding. We were on the main floor and could hear everything in the rooms above us. The location was central so that was good.

Booked three rooms for our extended family to attend my daughter's graduation at CWU. The price was elevated due to demand and I spent more than $1000 for one night in three rooms, but we needed a place to stay the night for the morning graduation. Check in was terribly slow and staff seemed confused. Rooms were average. Breakfast bar was good. Later I was charged an additional $165 for a broken microwave. We literally only spent the night and never touched the microwave. Over at least 3 phone calls and as many emails I attempted to resolve the charge. Calls and emails were never returned despite being told they would get back to me. Problem never resolved. Basically they robbed me of $165 like common criminals, completely disregarding my repeated claims that neither my wife or I (both in our 50's, so we know how to be responsible adults) never touched the microwave. Avoid this place at all costs.

This was a good place to crash for the night. We had great room placement, so it was mostly quiet. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was great.
