We bought our gas fireplace from QS in 2021. Every year we do the yearly maintenance and cleaning. The technicians are ALWAYS punctual, polite, make sure they keep everything neat and tidy and answer all questions thoroughly, as well as explaining needed maintenance. Today, Blake was our technician and we were very please with everything he did. Thanks QS and Blake.

Every time we come in here we’re treated nicely breed nicely. They done a lot of stuff for us and we really appreciate it. We would recommend this place to just about everybody that we know. I’m sure they would come out and check it out. Thank you so much.

We just did a major remodel of tearing out our gas fireplace and replacing it with a wood burning one. Quite a laborious process including going up through our second floor onto the roof. Then new mantle and rock work from floor to ceiling. Was a bit nervous on how all of it would progress. All that trepidation was washed away by the most professional, can do employees I’ve had the pleasure doing business with in a very long time. The entire crew from the time we walked in the showroom door through to completion was exemplary. They all will do what ever it takes to follow through with mighty fine customer service.
My husband and I are absolutely delighted. We won’t go anyplace else for our fireplace needs.
They even provided referrals to wood providers in our area. You can’t burn just any type of wood inside. Thank you to Quality Stoves and Spas!!!
