No common sense with the sales staff. They have no concept of matching a part or cross referencing. They ask a million useless questions about what you have instead of just look for what you need. When inquiring about the cost of a Honda GX160 motor they ask about family and serial numbers. I just want to price a motor. It’s not rocket science and it does not need to be this complex.
